90 South Street Leather District Boston

  • This building was in terrible condition
  • All stone and brick work were almost completely black
  • After numerous attempts, we managed to get all the stains and dirt removed and back to its original color
  • We 100% cut out and re-pointed entire elevation
  • Replaced all damage brick new
  • Completely restored entire front metal stairs 
  • Surrounding metal work on the bottom two floors

107 South Street and Tufts Street Boston Leather District

  • Removed existing vaulted sidewalks
  • Installed new steel decking and rebar
  • Poured new concrete sidewalks

234 Clarendon Street Back Bay

  • Carried out extensive repairs to the front elevation and the inside of parapet walls
  • Replaced new rotted wood moldings around windows and coated the inside of parapet wall with Conproco Lastic

  • Carried out extensive masonry restoration to the front elevation
  • Casted and replaced a lot of decorative stonework
  • 100% cut out and re-pointed and replaced all exterior window moldings

  • 100% re-pointed this elevation
  • Installed all new sealant on windows
  • Installed all new copper gutter and downspouts

  • 100% cut out and re-pointed rear elevation
  • Carried out extensive masonry concrete repairs
  • Waterproofed entire elevation
